Before I want to Finnsnes I don‘t know how Finnsnes look like，Because we can’t find information the from Chinese social media because just few people want to here， so I was scared it don't have any restaurant or boutique，it‘s February is so freezing ，and we go to here by ship and bus so I’m so anxiety，your vlog is uesful

I'm so glad my video was useful! Even though Finnsnes is a very small town, you can definitely find shops and restaurants there. In February it will be very dark, and probably quite cold as well. Are you going there in hopes of seeing the northern lights?

@@LindaOnTheRoad NO，because my friend wanted to the famous hotel“i hamn senja”，it have a good hot springs and the hiking activity even February，but in fact it‘s so freezing，the strong wind with dethp snow，special experience！I really enjoy it！！

If there's a light in far north, can we see in Alert, Nunavut, at Canada during the winter months. I'm sorry, Alert, Canada we won't see light from civil twilight at all, only 24 hours of dark with astronomical twilight

It's not pitch black no, and it can be quite a lot of light if the weather is clear. But the sun is below the horizon from the end of November until late January, so we don't get proper daylight those months.

I did run your film from Skarsvåg and back. We sailed twice to and around Nordkapp from The Netherlands. In 2011 and 2017. Skarsvåg is my favorite harbour.

Hi Linda, trying to work out the route of your trip. For the start is Lapphaugen near Beisfjord (looking at Google maps)? You are driving through Narvik and Bjerkvik, and then pass Evenskjer? In this video, are you on E6 or E10 or Route. 83? Looks like a great day for touring northern Norway. Cheers from down under.

I start at Lapphaugen Turiststasjon (General Fleichers vei 365 in Tennevoll) and drive to Bjerkvik. In the roundabout in Bjerkvik I go towards Harstad (I know in one of the videos it looks like I turn towards Narvik, but that's only because I was stopping at a gas station there. In the next video I turn around ang go the opposite direction). Hope this helps 😊
