The white blouse looks very pretty on you, I also like the second white blouse as well as it was a simpler look which might work well for an older woman like myself. Years ago I had bows on my sleeves, on a quite similiar blouse, and accidently dipped them into my coffee cup while stirring, so please watch the bow ties as they can be tricky little devils around beverages!!! Don’t understand trousers that are too short, (hit at the ankle )worn with heeled boots. I think it looks out dated.

PS - we've got such similar tastes I've got the white H&M blouse you're wearing in my saved items waiting for a members sale. I've also had those paisley trousers in my saved items for ages. I like the ASOS Design mix and match stuff. I think that set would either look nice with an oversized white linen shirt over it or a plain white vest/cami to make it look less matchy. I love the halter neck dress - the shape is stunning on you but not sure about the panels of other colour, think it would look better plain but deffo not a Mexico dress - looks more like a winter event dress! Enjoyed your video! Be very careful with supplements though, they can have unwanted side effects and contrary to popular belief you can get an overdose of vitamins. Some vitamins can make you sick when overdosed. There are usually insane high doses of vitamins in supplements and it will be on top of your regular food. If you are feeling tired you would benefit more from a light therapy lamp! They also come in glasses that you can wear around the house and it's gold!
