As i read it put by a fellow Quest For Glory fan, this song is so sentimental, nostalgic, and melancholy because our hero met Erana through her garden and slowly over the years, he fell in love with her. But by the time he finally caught up with her and had the chance to be with her (in Mordavia/Silmaria), she was already gone.

your original rendition was much better. This one sounds way too cleaned up and it kills the acoustic harmonics

I want to say thank you for this video. 12 years ago I watched this video as a kid and learned your Tab. And to this day it’s still my favorite song to play on my guitar. Thank you very much. And hope you still play just as beautifully to this day. Playing guitar can be an escape for a musician who loves nothing more than making music.
