Do they allow full time residents there?

Yes you can chose to use the property however you'd like to whether you want to rent out for vacation rentals or live there full time. Most owners at Honua Kai chose to rent out their properties.

We stayed In that exact unit earlier this summer. Nice little unit, will be much nicer once construction is completed next-door.

I incorrectly stated that you could see year round whale watching from this property- I meant to say that this is seasonal considering that the whales are only in Maui during the winter and early spring months.

I stopped specifying the prices of the properties as they do occasionally change and it did create a bit of confusion for some folks . view and location are certainly the strongest things going for this unit... personally I would have it completely gutted and upgraded before I could live there. it is certainly refreshing to hear a realtor be so honest about the shortcomings of a property.

That;s some real nice molding/finishing and a very nice residence. The floor is a bit weird though. Bamboo in their on the floor would be a nice match.

@1961Petrus...What a typical haole land grabbing response. I was tying to be nice. Now you know why Haole's are not well liked by many Hawaiians and I mean "haole" in the Hawaiian definition...as "Foreign" to the land. . I guess there will always be idiots like you to always try to stir up the pot
