Horrific Sirs, animal meat in particular mammal meat is like human meat. Mercy slaughter has no meaning except in a person's mean. Slaughter is death and the animal cries and tries to flee.Sedating animal by speaking arabic holy book passages makes no difference to the animal.The animal is simply terrified.

I remember watching this years ago when the news "broke" on how "evil" halal was. 13 years later alot of nonsense has come forth about practices of islam and there practices. There are bad apples on every belief system. Im by no means a muslim. But those who choose to follow there gods word and do things the moral and correct way i have no problems with. I would pay a premium for the meat this man harvests. He definitely shows great care and morality in his craft.

It was narrated in Saheeh al-Bukhari (5558) and Saheeh Muslim (1966) that Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sacrificed two white rams speckled with black. Animals can associate words with actions or objects, much like Pavlov's dog classical conditioning, and they are unable to perform when it comes to complex sentences and grammar. The closest we've seen are great apes using sentence fragments to convey a simple meaning whereas human language allows people to discuss abstract concepts like organized religion. So, there is no evidence animals understand these concepts from human speech. However, if you enthusiastically say, "I hate you" with a big grin on your face to your dog, he'll likely respond positively, as they pick up more on tone and body language-not the semantics of the words outside of the few they recognize as rewards. Animal behavior is driven by instinct and learned responses to natural cues, such as in the changing of the seasons. Some animals seem to "worship" something, be it objects or places, but this would have been through patterns of behavior and, in some cases, experience that gave them skills and tactics to survive-not by any religious faith as we know it. A response entailing God, then, is a kind of argument from ignorance, where the lack of evidence to refute a claim is used as evidence in itself.
