It is an endless game that is only in the japanese version, It got replaced by mr upbeat in other contries because It Was too hard to translate

Btw i’ll give you a little fact about the birds in this game: The player controls the tsukkomi crow Kasuke (カースケ?, Kasuke), who responds to the boke vulture Kosuke (コースケ?, Kosuke) who says puns. Sometimes Kosuke ends up thrashing its head back before finishing the pun, in which case the Kasuke slaps him.

People sorta don't get how this is less "puns" but literally a comedy routine unique to japan. From what I've seen from someone accurately translating this, it's mostly saying a phrase that makes sense with the words sounding similar, and the "BOING" being from ones that are nonsense instead.
