We go every year. Tho the spear fishing has dropped a little with all the construction on the island and people to feed. Still awesome and the bone fishing is great

What are the tourist regulations on spearfishing in Indonesia? Obviously there are many different areas of Indo but are the regulations all very different? I know Bali is most popular area to travel to for spearfishing in Indo but I travel to Sarawak, Jambi, Jakarta areas for work and would love to pack my gear on my up coming september trip. Any advise? Great vid! Thanks

ask the lokal, theres no government rules as long as you dont spear the endangered species, or if you are going to bali, i know a couple spearfishing guides.

@@chaiketkong I'm from Indonesia, we have no regulation on spearfishing, as long as you don't' shoot endangered species and do it for commercial spearfishing... I have some footage in case you want to spearfishing in my island... it is near Bali, 1-hour flight from Bali... and we have more spearfishing spots.
