Proximity to things is valuable. Yet we build giant road system with parking lots that take way more space than the buildings they serve. As well as restricting what can be built in area, like only houses forcing things to be far away. Kind of silly really with all the new ways to transport people.

In a declining interest rate environment, an interest rate buydown is a really great option for most everyone getting a mortgage to buy a house. You can lock in at a lower rate now, then refinance when rates are lower in a few years.

"Over the longer term, FOMC members pointed to a funds rate of 2.9% in 2026. That’s above what the Fed considers the “neutral” rate of interest that is neither stimulative nor restrictive for growth. This was the first time the committee provided a look at 2026. The long-run expected neutral rate held at 2.5%"

For the special gardens, if we want to be people centric, we need to share about the staff as people with disabilities or different abilities and NOT “disabled staff”. They are people first. I do love the idea of the organization.

Exactly. This doesn't take into account that housing prices are currently highly inflated. Unfortunately for home buyers (fortunately for you), outside another housing collapse, i dont see the prices dropping. But the ridiculously quick valuation doesn't make any sense to me . . .
@DogWater2011 Жыл бұрын
Yes, take advice from people who are literary in the business of you buying. Let that sink in.... if housing prices drop down drastically it means the economy and the job market is not doings very well which means people are not doing well. Make alot of cuts on unnecessary expenses and save as much as you can so when the time comes, you are in the perfect position to capitalize.

An 800 sq ft fixer upper is 400k in my area. 7% interest rate puts that at a 3k monthly mortgage. That's more than half my combined household income. It's not just about the interest rates, housing just isn't affordable in general
