This version is what it feels like to slowly lose yourself in something to replace the pain. Whether it’s alcohol, drugs, or something worse. You do anything to numb that pain and you are losing, but you can see that inner child in you who wants you to hold them again. They want you to comfort them and keep telling you no more because it’s hurting both of you but that feeling of the high is so good you just simply can’t let it go. You push more and more, trying to chase that up feeling to a point where you’re just slowly losing control and spiraling out of the life you have. You lose everything, you lose so many people, some of them have faith you can do it and others not so much. But that inner child of yours still holds your hand and comforts you the way you’ve always wished. They have always been there through it all and they are forever rooting for you. At least that’s a personal rendition of how I feel for it! Not everyone feels the same but I felt like I should post this hear incase anyone can relate. I want you to know that you aren’t alone. You have people out there who understand you and love you, heck im one of them. I love you :)
