Yes you can. Inside the buildings, there is heating systems so only matter when you’re outside.

It depends on some things for spring 2025: 1. Do you have any professor who agreed to fund you? 2. Did you check the priority deadline of the university and have everything ready to apply before that? If one of the two things is ready, you can get TA or RA.

Congratulations ❣️ the best time to start is NOW. For this fall, deadlines have already passed I suppose, you should target for spring 2025, whose deadline is in around October 2024 (check Uni website though).

@@tirthabasnet3029 yes of course! There is a requirement of 3 or above gpa in most universities but there are others who doesn't. Also sometimes university can make some exceptions for students with a good profile if your professor wants. You can either ask graduate coordinator of the program you want to apply or ask professor if your % is okay. But first you need to know if 65% is 3 or above gpa or not. You can do WES evaluation for this.
