Sir, I have an impacted canine with pericoronal follicle is 1cmm. Oral surgeon suggests extraction of both tooth and follicle, however orthodontist suggests marsupialisation followed by traction using braces. What should I do sir ? Please be kind to respond...I will have to decide within a week and next year I have a medical entrance exam.

Hi Dr Shahzaib, i reside in Thailand and I listen to your sessions very eagerly it feels really good that doctors like you are doing really great job, I got my root canal and crowning from Pakistan for 1 molar but when I went to doctor he told me after X ray that roots are not completely filled and 1 root is completely empty that why i feel pain sometimes…. So my question is that how dentists leave one root or 2 roots empty after RCT?
