@peoplex1234 I wouldnt go as far to say mistake there very sturdy and very reliable. They just were used to long when the 5.4 hit the market thats what the truck market wanted and ithe market evolved but ford held on to the 5.4 to long. And according to the truck trend dyno numbers the ecoboost gets more of its power to the ground than the 6.2 and blows the 5.0 out the water.

How the hell do I make my ecoboost sound like that first one???!!!!

So, don't get me wrong, I do like this! But I want to ask, when I look at the video here, I want to ask, why FIA peeps still bitch about safety regulations ... If this one here loses control, he would smash enough people. And it's weight is at least 3x the WRC car's weight ... So, if this here is safe enough ... I would ask FIA's idiots to stop with the minimizing of rallye car's engine volume and go towards old Group B again :P :P :P :D :D :D

16 mpgs is actaully decent for a gasser half ton my dads 5.4 was getting 16 to 18 highway and less everwhere else. But if you want the ultimate answer get a diesel i have to drive with a lead foot to bring me 95 7.3 to that low of a number.

@jonerton67 The ecoboost f150s real world mpgs suck. they are only getting around 16 average. The 5.4 got that, and the 5.0 gets even better, with more power

@Twitchy380Magnum its not a replacement for a V8, your right. but id rather have the good gas mileage with the extra 5 horses and 40 lb-ft.torque (from the 5.0 V8)

Okay I love people who never read the back story then comment the Raptor doesn't come with Eco-Boost, Which is correct they didn't. Ford Put Eco Boost engines in these ones and unleashed them at Baja to see if the motor could take that kind of abuse, Come too find out it can. It's no replacement for a V-8 in my mind tho.
