I noticed after a couple days it seems like when I hit the buttons I notice that it feels like the pieces feel like they’re not clipped in completely even though I made sure, is that normal?

Great overall video.Some things to possibly look out for: (hopefully not). I noticed the device would get warmer than I thought normal when connected to the APP over Wifi. Now, after just over a year of use, the wifi locks up and I no longer have app functionality. The device remains in wifi mode (blue indicator) and gets hot. It won't respond to any button input and I'm forced to reset the device via the small pin hole button under the HDMI out flap. The device records fine, I'm simply left with a bad wifi module and no way to change or access device settings. Along with the terrible gain (boomy and clips ) control, versus the previous model it's been a downer. I love the form factor. In the EP9 I hope to see improvements in stabilization, better mic gain control and Sony Starvis 2 sensor implementation. It's not on par with GoPro visuals and arguably GoPro is even behind the action cam leaders in low light and overall innovation. GoPro would win to take this design and use existing internals.

I’ve never had such a good case on any of my previous phones, however my kids have proven how many different ways they can break my phone, so I went with the best I could afford for case and screen protector. Previously, I’ve used the otter box symmetry case that you just pop the phone in so when I tried that and couldn’t I was a little stumped. The picture instructions that came in the box didn’t give me any actual information since there was no words to contextualize what they were showing. I’m so glad I hoped on YT and 1 simple search later, your video was the top one. Your instructions were 100% clear and step by step and I am so greatful. thank you so much for the video.

Apparently one does not "get" the app in the conventional sense (seeing it on a store and installing), but an update/latest-version contains it. For those of use who use stores, perhaps "have" is a better verb than "get". Where is the application showing up? It's next to settings all by itself. Is that beneath a higher-tier element or are there no other apps on the iPhone?

This should be the training video, at all locations that sell this protective equipment. What's the update with this product... has another product been released in the last couple of years that is even better? It seems the only issue with these, is that it doesn't have image stabilization which could be an issue on a motorbike... If you know of a better product, please let me know.
