MLM’ s suck period. If your goal is to convince people it’s great because it’s not a ponzi you will fail.
@th0rn3gaming Жыл бұрын
It sounds more like direct sales as opposed to MLM. A bulk of your income as a dealer seems to be running a sales office instead of recruiting. Most people dont want to be an independent sales person so Im sure dealers have employees working for them. Im curious what a breakdown of your lines of business are.

A couple weeks ago I signed up for the dealership and now I’m wishing I would’ve come across one of your videos first. Hey man, appreciate how you explain the Amsoil business. I don't have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to cars and stuff, but I've been in B2B sales for over 20 years calling on gas stations and convenience stores. I would focus on getting retail accounts. Since I have many contacts in this space. Does Amsoil provide a replicated website for dealers? If so, what is the cost. If I decide to get involved, I would sign up under you. You have a lot of great content and you seem to have success in this business. Thanks.
@SwitchSynthetics2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes, we do have websites and training plus I do one on one training. Feel free to contact me directly to chat more. It seems like you already have most of the tools to be successful, this should be an easy business for you to build. I look forward to working with you soon.

So if I sign up to be a dealer, I can buy wholesale(my money) and then keep a small inventory in my garage and sell to local people on facebook, flea markets, etc for retail price(or a price I make up?) to the consumer for cash. No tax forms, etc? Dayton Ohio here. Thanks.
@pittsburghoil19653 жыл бұрын
Yes, you would pay tax on the retail amount when you buy it. So you just collect the tax when you sell it and it goes in your pocket. Of coarse, it is a business so you need to file your income like you typically would. You can also get a tax ID and pay no tax when you purchase it and collect the tax when you sell. You would need to send that tax money to the state you sell in, but if you sell under retail you won't loose out.

You don’t have to deliver products, AMSOIL ships them directly to your customers. You don’t have to buy it, store it, ship it or deliver it, you just need to set up customers.

@pittsburghoil19653 жыл бұрын
Oh, so the same way at a job? Does your boss make more money than you? What about his boss? Actually, AMSOIL is way different than any other MLM on the market. But feel free to talk trash and be jealous.
@ChaimS2 жыл бұрын
In some ways it's the same, and in some way that's different. Yes it's an mlm, but MLMs like Amway force you to buy a certain amount of product every month or every year in order to remain active. Amsoil has no such requirement. Also, you don't have to have any inventory at all with Amsoil and do everything online, which you can't do with these other MLMs. A good way to gauge the difference is to just search their names on KZbin. Most mlms will have videos about becoming dealers or partners, but almost nothing about the products. Amsoil results are almost exclusively about the products and only a few about being a dealer. By biggest issue with Amsoil as an MLM is how they give you the worst of both worlds of being an employee versus running your own business. You're not an employee, so you don't get a regular paycheck, but it's not your actual business, so you have to go through them for everything. They own the trademark, so if you wanted to make cheap banners from vistaprint, you can't do that, you have to buy the ones directly from the company. Things like that annoying me. So yes, it's an mlm, but I don't think it's fair to compare it to the others.

Amsoil is no different than A way. Pyramid business. If it was legit they would sell it at automchains like Royal Purple and Mobil 1

Every dealer is trying to sign up dealers under them and most act like they are trying to help but really they want you in their dealer group so they make more money. And how do you be at the very top of a dealer group with nobody making commission on you? Amsoil company could explain things a lot better
@pittsburghoil19653 жыл бұрын
Only way to bet at the top is to be in back in 1973. So you must join under someone.
@connor32884 жыл бұрын
Are you an amsoil "dealer"? If amsoil isnt a pyramid structure, how come they are so unclear about the organization of the dealer network? Yes i understand you get commissions on the dealers and customers under you, but why do you have to start as a dealer, under another dealer? And it is unclear from what ive been able to find if you ever can get to a point where no dealer is above you making commission off your sales. I know the oil is good but they arent the most transparent when it comes to their dealer structure . Also at least in the beginning i believe Amzoil never made oil, the founder had it made for him and he marketed it in his brand i believe
@SwitchSynthetics4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I am a dealer! It is a business structure that helps everyone do well. There is no way to join without being under a dealer. Even customers, every single order placed a dealer is earning the sale. It is how we build our business together, AMSOIL and the dealer network. The oil is made by AMSOIL, we don't own a refinery so the bases are made from the vendors that we trust and test to be the best.

How much do you make at your job? Thats a touchy subject right? I can tell you this ( if you want to know more give me a call) I don't need to work for anyone else! Also you can make what ever you want! It is not common but I know a few dealers that make $500,000 a year with AMSOIL! It took them a while and they work a lot. If it is doing what you love then it is worth it right?
