Here in this video, I made the gown for a bust 36, and a hip 38 and added 2 inches stitching and ease allowance. The implication of to this,is that a bust 36 to 40 and a hip 38 to 42 can use this pattern, which made this pattern fit for small to a medium size woman. I hope this answers your questions.
