❤ stunning machine. I bought one 8 months ago. Im from South Africa. Believe me.. it took me a long while to know my machine.. lots of sad moments... but.. i would not trade this machine for any other!! Its amazing. What impresses me is that Pfaff had this feature in their older machines. My 332 has this and it's so smooth and easy to use. My entry level Singer Simple has it too, but I swear it's more difficult to use.

Thank you so much Duncan - yes it's very similar to the 1100D. There seems to be 2 thread take up covers. Does the green thread go over the lower one and the yellow thread go over (on my machine it's metal) the higher thread take up cover? For some reason it sewing but it's not cutting. Your thoughts please 💚💛

if its not cutting it could be a blunt blade. it will have to go back to the shop for them to check and put right.

Is it possible you could please do a: ‘How to thread’ video for the Bernina 1100D. I had a nightmare with the Jaguar and they very kindly allows me to exchange for a second hand Bernina. Your knowledge is fantastic. On the instructions it looks like you have to thread the Upper looper (2nd on the right) first which I find a bit odd. Thank you ❤

we have sewn through 4/5 layers of denim, so it will give it a good try, i would however i recommend a demo if you are local to one out ur shops we would gladly let you have a go on the machine with your fabric to see if it will sew them.

Check the needle is in the right way around check its threaded correctly if yes it could be out of time. if you can drop it off to one of out shops we can have a look. Beeston or mansfield.

Hi, I'm having problems with the bottom tension being too loose. I can just pull the thread right out of a stitched section. I have tried adjusting the screw on the bobbin case but it doesn't seem to tighten at all, the thread feels very loose if I pull it out of the bobbin...
