Now I am wondering, since its human hair, can I use a curling iron for the ends, or do I need to keep rolling and dipping the ends in hot water?

This is proof that all human hair bought from Asia are not real human hair but a high quality fiber . Which black girl would want to cut their 4c hair they took years to grow. How are the Chinese able to produce enough to go round the world. If you do proper research, there is a chance that it didn’t cost much to produce but to keep the product premium be high quality, so hey sell at expensive price.

Felt this exact same way about this style as a kid. Kids were constantly making fun of me, other little black girls snickering at me and calling me names. Now it’s all in fashion.

I am a black woman and HATE my Afro 😢 I’m now 38 years old, I grew up with white people all my life. So always hated my hair. My mam would braid my hair and I would leave it in for too long (like a year at a time 😔) My hair is now snapped and damaged and I simply don’t know how to care for an Afro or braid my hair as my mother didn’t show me how. The salon is refusing to braid my hair as it’s so short at the back…it’s not even an inch at the back. I feel so embarrassed by my hair so I am not really leaving the house. I need help and advice as to start simply putting my Afro into a protective style. I’m actually crying as I type this because I really want to have a beautiful Afro.

Another tutorial similar to this; however, the fake strand was placed in between the two real strands and then enclosed with a rubber band. I like to plait my fine hair first before plating with either the one or two-strand method
