I went on PrizePicks and all it'll let me do is make random picks. No deposits, no bets. I'm in PA. Is there some way to figure out why I can't make a bet?

I just googled prizepicks legal states and it has a state map and looks like PA is not allowed there. That usually means there are “standard” sports bets already in place because it’s legal to bet online there through DraftKings or FanDuel. I’m in Texas so only have these DFS options
