Just finished up our 2nd helping. Yup, delish! I didn't have frozen veggies so I used a can of Margaret Holmes okra, tomato, corn, plus I boiled a fresh ear of corn to add instead. I still feel like I got away with something though. Thank-you again and again.

Sharon, I really like the editing on this video. It looked very professional and well put together. You spent a lot of time selecting which shots we would get and which would end up on the cutting room floor, and it really paid off. Something like this might be great in zip top bags in the freezer. In terms of the recipe, why not cook the hamburger, remove from the Dutch oven, take out any unnecessary fat, add the flour, make a roux add the onion , and cook it, and then return the burger and assemble? You would dirty fewer pans, and you would cook the raw flour taste out of the dish.
