2017, didn’t work. The display comes on briefly to taunt me that I have a Kia, then goes dark. Back-up cam still works. Radio works but does not display, same with the phone.

You could've mentioned the stud/nut on the underside of the bracket that needs to be removed.. 😢

I cannot align the bracket to the engine mount. It's like half an inch off! Any ideas?

There’s a 4th hidden nut on the bracket. not to hard to remove just undue the the 3 mount bolts and the top mount bolt lift engine with jack to separate the mount from the bracket.remove the mount then remove the bottom 14mm nut with a ratcheting wrench

How long does it take to remove all 4 motor mounts and replace with new ones ? Please tell me because a dealership wants to charge me 2,500 to remove all 4 and replace because they are bad. I also have a Toyota scion XD 2014

@@reymorasasuke7096 ill tell you that on my 2010 xd auto, the transmission mount was not fun. 2500 to my seems a little high. Its do able in a day...the drivers and passenger mount. I haven't messed with the rear mount, because that involves removing the subframe and id rather not.

Also look at Yaris and Corolla mount videos, they share alot of XDs maintenance procedures

So what kind of symptoms or noise were you hearing that you had to change your motor mount?..Because I have the same car and the hood is rattling like crazy please let me know if this was what you was experiencing

Same problem with mine thinking about changing all the mounts but can't find a video for the rear on the xd
