who really cares about the regular season except that a team must perform well enough to make the playoffs ? last post season the only offense came from de brusk and pastrnak. well, de brusk is gone and pastrnak had to do it by himself. no help. marchand is recovering from three surgeries and the goalie missed this pre season. they are rolling out a 15 goal scorer as their # 1 center and boasting a number of offensive stiffs on the bottom 6. they won't give up a lot of goals, but they will score even less. if they make the playoffs, they won't go far unless swayman keeps the opponents under two per game. the best thing about this team is you can go make a few calls, cook a roast, trim your toenails, and write a letter and not miss anything during a game.
