Instead of going through the baffle you should’ve use a goose saw big enough to fit around the baffle and remove the whole baffle, that’s why there wasn’t any change on the db measurements

That is awesome. I always said it is very dangerous to ride a electric motorcycle without some trust me I had one and I had an accident on my eyes. Thank God I hurt my helmet on crack my helmet when I hit my head but I survived. I currently have a friend that got hit on one and he is now still in a coma for one month already. Do not think he’s going to make it because he did not have his helmet on riding electric motorcycle, and I particularly told him never to do that. However I went and bought a automatic gas bike and the sound on that bike is awesome. I do like electric bikes, but it needs to have sound on it and I believe that the industry needs someone like you to help them create and satisfied motorcycle riders with sound that is all a part of writing being able to rebel the engine

even after 5 years , thanks alot it worked for me I switched the basic stock yellow light with a new LED one... it wasn't that easy and simple to change it took me almost 3h of work.. and I had to customise the rubber that goes around that light , thanks a lot it was super helpful.

Coming on well. I may have mentioned it before but in case I didn't the best place I found for advice on making complicated panels is Fitzee's Fabrications. He is doing all the same type of work you are and shows how to do most of it with just a ginder.

How has this held out over the years? And would you still be able to fit the high fender on there?

What paint did you use on the struts? How are you planning to get your vacuum for the brakes? I'm using an Audi vac pump but finding it starts up after every brake press but still to properly test it. Nice motor mounts, it looks good.

Hang your calipers on a bungee cord or a bent wire hanger, then you can put the caliper in to a bucket and spray it down with cleaner without making a mess.

Eventually all bikes will come with these kinda things from factory ..a powerfull speaker probably still inside an exhaust . Yamaha say its a core part to riding as well as for safety 👍 . And yamaha know ALOT about sound design as well as engines . They will be leaders in artificial exhaust sound

I built two different Boardman bike's into e-bikes. And both of them the bottle mounts were not straight. I had to do some filing on the bottle mounts. So the battery pack would be straight like it should be. The quality control on them frames are not good. All over bike's I have converted never had that problem.

Change rear pads on xmax250 much easier. What a faff removing exhaust. Love these scooters but a rear puncture wheel change is a horrible job. Lots of professionals say don’t use copper slip but lithium instead but I am 64 and only ever used any copper grease to hand and never had a problem after 47 bikes
