On this particular power steering pump you have to grind some of it off to make it work...if you look up chevy 350 aluminum powersteering pump mount modification I think there's better videos with better explanation.

It's a powermaster...unfortunately I had to mill it 10 thousandths to work for some reason...I'd make sure to get a small starter from another company...(vehicle specific) unless you know a machineist like I do...

But I'll be at shop tomorrow I still have the box and can send you info/pic of box and pn#

I have the same starter on 350sbc and sometimes it will grab and sometimes it just spins do you know any reason y ?

Will the gear go back in once started

1 way to find out is drain into a measuring cup...I might have to do that on my 140 gpx motor if I can't find the info, just remember if you do the oil filter that can add to ammount, I'll research it and see if I can get you an answer or you can call We All Ride in Santa Cruz, he is the dealer I got mine from and he can prob look it up for you...I hope that helps

It was its first start in awhile so prob the carb isn't filled with gas yet...im glad it did though cause the cap I had on trans line blew off and shot trans fluid all on and in my garage!😂😂😂once I get radiator in I'll let it run longer and post a video...I just wanted to make sure it would start and run...

Wiring is already done and I didn't have a go pro of it...just learning how to film...but I think I have a picture of wiring diagram if you need it
