Wow, those plastics do need little TLC, i just picked up a KXD 1098SP, all original with low run time. Paid a little on the high end for it, but it was too clean to pass up. Doing a complete tear down to the frame just to clean it. Going to make a mancave wall hangar display with it. I always like the pocket bikes that look like the ducati.

Steel wool is definitely the way to go for chrome/ aluminum make aluminum look chrome and gets rust mag aluminum wheel polish works great

She’ll start up and I’ll bet the compression numbers go up once those rings set in a bit. I have a compression tester that seems to read low and I never trust it. True test is how strong she runs after it fires up.
