I occasionally will see a silhouette in the corner of my vision or hear a knock or footsteps. Only rarely have i ever heard actual voices, and they were distant, and it was only a fraction of a word. More commonly, i get slight visual snow/static and ever so faint warping. I only really notice the warming if i stare at something for a while.
