yes sort of and no,it would not work in hl2:dm,at least with explosions, hl2:dm does not support custom particle precaching.

i just dont have it anymore,or have but somewhere in old hdd's which i really won't to mess with, it's easy to do by urself, just a simple overlay effect onplayertakedamage/playerdeath hooks with simple texture that i draw in paint.net for few minutes..

guess so, it was taken from Gbombs from Garry's mod... Problem is in caching,im not sure how hl2dm deals with it or it's even possible.

I feel like this would be an instance where on the planet, you would actually feel the pull of the moon going around because of how fast it's moving, my guess is you'd get use to it in the same way you get use to being on a boat, and it'd probably not cause too many issues with structures on the planet, but it'd be cool af. Would you be able to jump higher when the moon is directly overhead? And I know the moon would likely just be ripped apart if it was actually going this fast this close to a planet, but still, fun to think about.

I HATE THIS MOON! When they had the Christmas event, one of the money caches was here. Luckily I was in my ASP so it wasn't nearly bonkers getting into it's orbit, but one of my friends was in his Anaconda and had to loop around twice so he could meet the moon and keep from being knocked out due to the speed of its orbit.

Trying to DSS a moon like this to complete a system scan is nightmarish to the point I gave up - it's probably down to my inexperience as an Explorer, but lining up those probes is insane

Wouldn’t that planet be uninhabitable due the tidal forces from the moon? I’m sure a moon orbiting that close to an earth like planet would cause unimaginable earthquakes and tsunamis.
