Did you measure voltage drops in mV across the fuse of the suspected circuit when the car ignition is off?

If you use a scan tool like the “BlueDriver”….. what happens is the scan tool itself leaves a charge over the ecm, you can here the sound of the of the start up cd player that normally starts and stops when the door is opened or closed…. If you stay in the car and put you ear to the radio “area”… you will hear it continuously running… but after you are done with the scan tool.. pop the hood and pull the radio fuse… put it back in and go in your car and the noise by the radio will come on but will turn off after 10 seconds like it normally should every time the doors open or closed or the key goes in the ignition. It’s very poor design by the software company that made BlueDriver but also it’s an inherent flaw in using, the OBD system for more of running data and this new technology conflicting with manufacturers proprietary, hardware proprietary software…. If you use the scan tool and don’t reset the fuse it’ll run continuously and slowly drain the battery overnight if it’s not new and a couple few days if it is new people will just keep throwing new batteries at it and never find the Vampiri draw.

Aisen timing belt kit is pretty affordable. A shame that the hydraulic tensioner, idler bearing is being reused.

We have a 2015 and change the trans fluid regularly but never have done the fluid warm filter or the filter down in the pan the car had 155k would you recommend replacing the filter?

My Buick encore has been nothing but a headache

I got a 3.5 2012 flex plate went out and im wondering if i can disconnect everything and just slide it a bit out where i can take it off and put a new one. Wpuld that work?

Thank you for your guidance and knowledge brother, saved me lots of money. I had the same issue with my 2010 tundra, it would crank and start but would die after 3 secs. After maybe like 6-8 times it would start and run normal. But then it would do the same thing again if I turned off. I thought it was the fuel control ecu because the pump was working everytime I turned the key. Couldn’t find the fuel ecu nowhere but Toyota and they wanted 600 bucks for it. Not only that, they didn’t even had it in stock and I had to wait a week. Played with the relays took the fuel ecu pump relay off and switched with the tow relay…….my tundra started right away and idle like new! After I let it idle for a while I troubleshooted again like 3 times just to make sure. I swap the relays back- forth and everytime i put the burn out relay the truck wouldn’t start anymore or it will start and die after 3 secs. That’s when I knew the issue was that burnt relay, kept the tow relay on fuel ecu pump location and put an aftermarket one on the tow relay location.

Just the front? The rubber gasket gets hard and leaks. The rear spool is likely leaking too. You should recommend doing both.
