Exterior is the most unaesthetic for even mass mkt let alone luxury condo! Floor plate above intermediate skyterrace is smaller. Top heavy bottom light skinny design, making the whole block disproportionate & disjointed with a long "bare neck" skyterrace. Like an afterthought design. Luxury condo should be smooth & sleek with mostly glass. Too much solid wall/surface on exterior. Surprised luxury condo do not have lush landscaping at skyterrace. Cant believe this a highend luxury condo design that looked dated with poor exterior aesthetics n no lush landscape at skyterrace. Developer & architect has little good taste or don't understand what a luxury condo should look like. Sorry I am so critical!

Confirm that the owner who purchase this Penthouse unit brought it with "Dirty" Money. The only Legal ones are those "shareholders" who pool their money together trying to profit off foreigners. But don't worry, i'll be living in this penthouse when our country get's in trouble like war or zombie apocalypses~

Great video..but i think the i.d really did a bad job with the amount of space given. Sorry if i hurt anyone with this comment...but recently i have watch alot of USA video on thier houses and i have to compare as this apartment is really a very expensive one. Anyway if someone who can afford 22 million im sure they can afford to change the i.d completely.

This one was done up by the developer. Most buyers of this quantum love to have it immediately for move in. But yes you can change it yourself of course :) Also thanks for the compliment!

why is this a penthouse? it is just another unit in the block. being at the top of the block but the same as any other unit does not make it a penthouse.

Sounds more like a boom mic than a Lavalier mic. Whoever doing your audio knows exactly what he/she doing. I'm guessing it's the DPA 4060 or Sanken COS-11D or Sennheiser MKE2. Well EQ-ed.

It sucks that only half of the property is renovated, as soon as you go behind closed doors the entire look changes. Old wood and ugly doors etc. It's a great property but needs to be FULLY renovated the right way.

Now that apartments are getting smaller and smaller, developers should provide space for a dishwasher machine. Full size or half size machines , as now we have no space for even drying washed dishes. Dishwashing machine , saves water usage, and dries your dishes up to 98% and dishes can go into storage with a quick wipe.

The place looks cluttered too busy and dark... very little storage space... foreseeable bumping if more than 1 person lives there.

This is in the showflat, the actual unit will have more natural light coming in from the windows! There's a yard for storage but yeah newer developments come with slightly less storage space but prioritising more liveable space :)

Built by Indians following the Singaporean modern-day slavery method, using the cheapest of materials and poor quality construction. Looks good, but come back and take a look in 3 years. Have a good look close up, not from a distance, deterioration on a high level. 6m+ lol. No thanks.
