Transportation was the biggest con with living on an off campus residence. I’d highly recommend living on an off-campus res that is close to school and within a walkable distance🥹. Traveling is very tiring!

I would recommend because you will never experience load shedding because of their 24/hr electricity supply and it’s also closer to school. But keep in mind that every res has its pros and cons and it’s not always rosy, you just have to choose your own struggle ❤️.

@@UbuntuNamuhla I’m glad you enjoyed this vlog. 1. I think you can bring your own alcohol (not sure if bottles are allowed as I’ve always seen cans only) 2. Most times Sunday’s are the best days although even Saturday’s are also fun just depends on which weekend it is. 3. I don’t remember clearly the time we arrived but it was probably around 2 then we left around 8 4. R100 minimum for the meat should be enough for one person I hope this answers all your questions and all your best with your visit to mai mai, hope you have a great time as well !❤️💃
