We prefer the Ciampino airlink. You just exit the arrivals airport door and you board the bus. Then the bus leaves you right outside the Ciampino train station, which is small. So when you have luggace, it's kinda easier to board the train and have your eye on your belongings. Regardless of the means you will choose, since with any combination your end destination will be Termini, always be careful and around your surrounding when you exit Termini station at night.
