Someone needs to educate Lagos developers to use the money they spend on lightings to buy better doors, better kitchen bathroom and electrical fittings, better painters, better flooring. If they do that, they will have little need to start using these lightings to conceal the nonsense they are building up and down. 65million on quarter plot..una dun wild for Nigeria o. You keep putting so much emphasis on the worst part of this home-------- the finishing. You too see the xit door at 11:18

This house would have been perfect if the TV console of the living room wasn't so close to the door rendering much of the space wasted. Secondly, being able to see the family lounge from the parlor defeats the purpose of the family lounge. Especially as you can even hear the lounge TV or discussion from the parlor. Apparently, the architects thought more about style than practicality Lastly, the closet of the masters bedroom was not impressive. Everything else was perfect.

naija real estate is so wild, especially that lekki ajah axis, they will build nonsense, then put plenty lighting, na d strategy, e dey catch people buying from abroad. Just look at the door sef.

Welldone Precious. I really like this house, It’s nice and affordable and I will be contacting you on this. I get upset seeing similar properties like this but with ridiculous high prices. Not everyone steals money and can afford ridiculously overpriced houses. The price of real estate in Lagos needs to be regulated. 👍Thanks for looking out for us here in diaspora and listing nice affordable houses. You’ll be hearing from me.
