I changed the code to make the gears longer. Otherwise you'll hit the rev limit

In the car file I edited the something with aero slipstream drag and it was on 0.85 so that means 15% less drag so double would be 0.7 and then 0.4 then -0.2 ; -1.4 and 32x was -3.8

Main problem is that you are familiar with the circuit. You know where to stop, where's the limit on speed On high end side of gear, you will much quicker learn how to set better laps on the particular circuit. From keyboard, controller, you got No Info whatsoever about the feedback that car is trying to send you And great minimun as dd wheel and load cell breaks and cockpit, Will make you more consistent, and faster in learning the circuit. Which will help you to be faster, as you have more information on your hands.

actually on controller you will feel vibration within the triggers for things like when you are about to lock up or spin under traction.

Currently I'm faster on my 2010 Logitech f710 than on a g923, and as all controllers I have tried, can definitely say that the play stations are the worst one, xbox are really bad too, controllers made for PC are definitely better, the f710 performed superbly, both on assetto corsa and f1 games

Its usually just what your used to. I can remember first time I tried a steering wheel at my friends house I was 1-2 seconds slower than with a ps4 controller.
