I love flying premium economy on WJ on longer flights when I can get a decent price. Just having more room to move and not be squished like sardines is nice. You should try premium on the Dreamliner if you ever get an upgrade offer for it. I lucked out on one flight - the experience was amazing. They didn't wait on us hand and foot since we didn't pay full price, but all we needed was a meal, a movie, and a place to stretch our legs, so it worked out. I do miss the little touches that have gone away with the "new West Jet" and the crew really does make a difference. The boarding perks are also nice. I did have a similar experience as yours with my bag on one trip though - my travel partner's bag came off second - mine didn't come off until almost last. I was panicking thinking it didn't get on the flight, even though airtags were telling me it did.

@@bjones3622 air travel in general has gone downhill. They really nickel and dime you every chance they get. They make an already uncomfortable experience even more uncomfortable. But until they figure out teleportation, not much we can do!

@@Spot_Wright This is true, I'm sure the airlines are making a fortune off of those of us who just want to relax in premium economy for longer flights. I will say we had a family with two screaming kids running back and forth for 5 hours in premium one time. Every time the kids would start to settle, the parents would get interrupt and agitate them again. Not fun. For the most part, its worth it to me when its affordable. Points are also good things, lol.

@jessicadee2129 funny you should mention it because my video of the Tropicana was shot last February so that should hopefully help give an idea of temperature and whatnot. I highly recommend checking out The Hook at Caesars as well. They have a deal right now for two tickets for $100 I believe. And I would suggest dinner or brunch at Superfrico beforehand depending on what time you catch the show. There's a couple of videos on that as well. I hope it helps plan your trip!

Actually Caesars Windsor made a rule years ago that you cannot even bring alcohol into room to drink that is brought in from home or store

@@donnal3027 seriously? Wow! I did see on the elevator it said "no alcohol beyond this point" and I wondered. That seems a bit much. I'm sure it was because people probably caused trouble but it's probably also to ensure you spend more money on drinks there.

@@Spot_Wright It was because a bunch booked all rooms on 1 floor. They got kicked out because of noise and damage. I had asked about bringing drinks in. My host said "not supposed to but they don't check your bags." 😁

Buying weed in Vegas even at a legit place sucks . It’s expensive and the bud tenders all look fresh out of prison , fresh off the street corner , or gangbangers . I have learned in my years of buying weed that your much better off buying weed from old hippies , rather than the guy wearing the cookies shirt who looks like they’re going to rob you at gunpoint .

I stayed at the Mirage hotel and saw this show in the middle of the March for the first time, but had no idea that the hotel was sold and that show will be closed in 4 months! Otherwise I would go back to Vegas to see that show again before it’s closing! I’d like them to reopen that show again in some other place in Vegas!

We still haven't! I'll be honest, there's nothing going on there that I'm super excited to see. I love that they're bringing these classics there but not really my type of music. I'm holding out for a musical act whose catalogue I'm more familiar with. Or for the price of that movie to come down. I've seen some deals here and there but I don't know. The seating worries me too. Looks very steep!

@ Same feelings here tbh. A friend of mine did go to the Eagles’ show. She sat near the top but across from the stage. The moving picture parts definitely look more amazing than Flyover shows, but holy vertigo, Batman on that steep seating! Also very pricey.

Great video! Can't believe I missed this one. I don't gamble and don't drink (again, the reaction at the Flamingo when I said that was pricesless) but I *am* particular about where I stay and like a place to unwind. People watching is fun and some "tourist attractions" such as the Eiffel Tower and the indoor Gondolas at the Venetian are worth doing at least once. The best advice I ever received: First thing you do when you get to Vegas, head over to the Miracle Mile for water and snacks from the ABC. The Miracle Mile is also always a fun place to wander - avoiding the pushy sales people of course 😅 I still hope to check out Disco Show one day and hope it won't be gone before I get there with the Linq having been sold. We've discussed a few times the attitude of the hotels in Vegas changing, esp on the strip. Sometimes it really does feel like if you aren't there to drink and gamble, you're just taking up space. I hope that I will stay at the Venetian one day and find that the new partnership hasn't change their awesome service. Gosh, I'm sounding more and more like a broken record, lol!

Miracle Mile is the best place to grab supplies! And I don't think the sale of the Linq will affect Discoshow. Caesars doesn't own any of their properties anymore. Same with MGM. They sold everything and then leased it back which I don't personally think is the best idea as they always say property is the one thing you can't really go wrong with owning. But hey, we'll see!

Honestly, there aren't really any to choose from on the US side. The Canadian side is a lot more tourist friendly. Maybe Seneca casino but it's expensive and probably not the best view.

I think the construction next door might be a deterrent to me, because heaven knows how long *that* will take. Then again, it IS Vegas, and its always changing, so we can't fault construction, can we? Hard to imagine that 2013 was ten years ago. I'm curious how safe it will be there for Canadians (and travellers in general) after the OTHER takeover. I was already getting the feeling at Bellagio that if you're not gambling, you're taking up space and shouldn't be there. There's my negative nancy view.

I’m on the fence about mgm grand. On the one thing, it has Joel robuchon, which I’ve always wanted to try, it’s just so BIG and I really found that off putting at the Venetian and Ceaser’s.Palace. It was hard to meet reservations on time, and it was like “hey here’s the restaurant we were looking for Friday”. Maybe it would be okay as a one and done just to experience it.

@@mindsetmotivation9124 how long is the trip? It sounds reasonable, especially when that includes flight and hotel. I've never been before but I'd loot to eventually visit all Caesars properties. We just did another trip to AC and really enjoyed it.

Ever since MGM sold all of their properties to an REIT their properties have gone downhill. No renovations, nothing. Aria- Old hard beds, dated furnishings. MGM suite- Old hard beds, dated furnishings, elevators with buttons missing. Mandalay Bay - Beds were decent but again rooms haven’t been remodeled in years. Also very noisy.

@@DavidBarnes-d7t I agree. And I'm guessing after the Cosmo purchase and integration, we likely won't see any major renovations anytime soon. Caesars is the same though. The whole experience has just unfortunately gone down and it's such a shame.
