Great story! It’s very important to strike the right balance between helping kids keep things in perspective, in terms of their abilities, and to not support their dreams or be hypercritical of them when they are doing well.

People don't necessarily have to go to the gym to exercise because it's not affordable for everyone. You can choose to walk outside for an hour either before sunrise or after sundown to avoid excessive sweating. Also, there are KZbin videos that can teach you how to exercise at home.

Overweight women are moving into metropolitan cities where they are cutting off the oxygen supply of healthy fit humans. There are evens signs saying must not be over a certain weight. Personal trainers can't save them if they don't do a mental makrover

Yeah, lots of black women I see are over weight and looking hit af. Shit is ridiculous!! And they get mad if you tell them the truth. I was dealing with one chic while back who was fat and I told her the truth, she was pissed. Oh well! Go for a 30 min walk a day, start there, stop eating fast food... Take little steps

I'm sorry but it's even worse also now with Caucasian women I see that everywhere too y'all need to make all women accountable how do y'all now it's 80 percent all over America did y'all do the study y'all selves y'all are falling for the what they call the less desirable study right along with that with that study which doesn't hold other race Hispanic or Caucasian accountable especially when I see obese or overweight caucasian women I'm sorry but im more desirable because I'm tall and carry my weight very well than some Caucasian women who belly hanging over to the knees but I'm also working out for myself eat for my health so screw that science bull crap live your life for you until everybody come together watever

They truly CAN'T prove or explain how 80% is overweight other than going by made up statics...

I am 6'5" I weigh 245 lbs. My doctor told me I needed to lose 20-40 lbs. Of course I bucked when most people I know is thicker than me. But I never got to 240 lbs until I was 40. I was healthy at the same height 200-225 lbs when I was young man.

Excessive weight for many black women is related to trauma both physical and psychological but lets deal with the symptoms i.e. how they look rather than going deeper. This is not true in all cases but it is true in so many situations.

Good video. I need to see where these statistics are from because i certainly was not informed of this study. Where did they test my body type? What areas are they surveying, what ages are the bw they are testing, lifestyle? Nothing. Think critically people, and question everything.

Bro look around you. It’s evident the vast vast majority of black Women are big as a house
@keiracarmichael94306 жыл бұрын
@@markjones1126 If your focus is on seeking out fat black woman then it would seem like there's more fat bw than anyone else cause that's what your paying the most attention to! Now I've seen fat black woman in certain area's just like I see fat white, spanish, mexican woman in certain area's too! But i don't get why people focus so hard on only black woman. It's like everyone is so eager to spread the so called "truth" to black women yet each "truth" is truly just another way to make them feel less than so they can "better" themselves which is another way of telling them to be more white! But honestly...can ANYBODY truly prove that 80% black woman is overweight and unhealthy? Can somebody break it down and explain how and when did every black woman in the USA get tested for this so called study? I really want to know how this was done, other than people believing whatever is thrown out there about bw or just assuming it's true cause they see fat bw in their daily travels. So can somebody explain this and prove that what the statistics show is true and how did researchers come to this conclusion exactly? Cause I kinda get tired of hearing all this bullshit about BW nowadays without seeing much proof of how these Studies was actually done like, how many bw participated in the study? How old was they? What area was this done? how much fat, muscle and water, made up their BMI? Anybody know?

A week later...Still not one person can explain yet?..Smh but people are always quick to believe any bs said about black women though, thats just sad and pathetic.

I agree. I"m black man, and I live in LA and it's just hard for me to see all these overweight woman day after day. I say this as a person who lives the health and wellness lifestyle like you do. And black women wonder why black men get so interested in other races of women. It's basically an effort to include more women who are controlling their weight. Seeing so many black women in this condition dampens my libido. I don't feel any "approach pressure"--that urge to approach attractive women, when I'm in black neighborhoods, because most of the women are so unattractive, due to this primary condition. And I'll tell you one more thing I just can't wrap my head around: Why are so many people, black women included, comfortable with being obese? Have you ever wondered about that Jay? I'm sure you have. Anyway, good luck to you. And keep helping and inspiring people. -Craig
