I believe the word you are looking for is "starched". Absolutely starched him.

It shows you how good Lloyd Honeyghan was. I'm surprised Don Curry took him so lightly in Curry's defense of the Welterweight Title in September 1986, over a year after this fight. It's obvious Honeyghan is something special; Curry paid the price for his complacency and never really recovered from the beating Honeyghan gave him that night. Rosi, literally, didn't know what had hit him and was still wobbling around after getting up. I think Lloyd used to have some serious gym wars with Kirkland Laing and Maurice Hope in the Terry Lawless gym in the East End of London - if you can hold your own with guys of that calibre, and you have the discipline, the only way is up...perfect righthand punch knockout - thanks for uploading.

Rosi was a dirty boxer. The European referees allowed it especially in italy.

Rosi was a huge man at WW. Very strong and tough and his ugly but awkward attacks carried strength. Its no real suprise he would be one of the 3 world champions from 1987 to 1995 . Honeyghan & Curry had the skills and power to dent him. But Terry Norris didnt fight him

I think to be a fan of boxing, and I mean really LOVE the sport, there's a part of you that doesn't like it at all. To see someone die doing something you find so entertaining and to respect the fighters so much, there's times where it sucks.

Great KO from the Hammer 🔨. The Animal 🦓 was out!. Always got the impression that the Hagler camp wanted the Animal Fletcher fight but the Animal couldn’t get past the world tittle elimination fights ( Scypion in 82 and Roldan in 83) . Scypion and Roldan would go on to have a crack at Hagler 🥊
