I do not understand how this timeline still exists, since Liu kang explicitely said it would be destroyed because shang tsung was killed and he opened a portal for us (the player controled character) to escape. So it stoped from being destroyed when we left just for plot convenience sake?

I think that Jax is a Titan, only two things can be his end, extreme damage to his head, or being disintegrated like those thrown into the green pit. Other than that, he keeps on living like Shinnok did

yeah my thoughts exactly... I didn't enjoy this last scene, neither the pace of the last mission. All of a sudden everything happened too fast :(

@@Tom3PT Yeah it's a mystery. I did like the ending though, the multiverse was something they established years ago in MK. So, I think they just wanted to make it clear that this is the plot for the next game or DLC. The only thing I didn't like was half of the villains at the end. Lord Havik and Sub-Chi were cool, but Tanya and Kenshi variants were not too interesting
