Love this for all of y'all involved. I came across Jullian Gordon a few years back, and he seemed to be making some serious move. LOVE the idea and wish could be happening in more places across America. It's nice to see a Washington making a difference.

Lovely, what a wonderful vision and blessing this is. However the one bathroom downstairs is a turn off for me, and also the fact that it located right next to the kitchen. If a upstairs bath is an option I'm in . I need at least 2 bathrooms. If this is an option for redesign , I love it.

This idea is great, compact homes with modern design. This would be perfectly sustainable if landscapes used more Georgia natives. Current landscaping plants can be easily swapped out with rhododendrons, purple coneflower, redbud, or even one paw paw tree (look it up). This rich-ness of Georgia natives provides beauty, food, and community resilience; and would help sustain the Georgia beauty it was build on. Native Plants boost property value long term. In just 5% investment, you can increase house value by 50% on resale.

Love that’s in the 600 sq ft range and tall ceiling. Gives the feel of space. The tiny mobile homes like 200 sf are just too small. Keep it up.

Congratulations U have done Very Well. It's now 6/24/24 and I'm hoping Ur Next Development will be some of Us Elderly People with bad Knees and Arthritis going on.... And A LOT of Us' just Do Not'!
