To anyone wondering why this steam cannot be re-watched, Its because the steam is over a day long!

Our flight from Boston to Heathrow (same class) was on this plane. Very comfortable, good flight. Unfortunately the flight back, also supposedly on an A330-900 neo was on a crappy OLD A300 -400(decidedly not neo) and the seating did not have the amenities of the US--->UK flight, Not sure why. And =the loo was not maintained well at all. And no, no landing candies... All in all- give VA a n A- grade going over and a C- coming back.

I didn’t have to interact with customer service on this flight but generally they have been quite helpful… I’ve never had an issue with bag weight, but there is more detailed information online for you if you need.

Yes, unfortunately I couldn’t get a photo of the A330-900 as there were no windows at the gate… I went with something that would look better for a thumbnail

I appreciate the feedback, the main issue is the tripod. The one I have is quite stiff so that’s why. I am working on getting a new one so don’t worry.

The only airlines in Terminal A are Delta and WestJet (which Delta owns a substantial piece of).

Just wanting to note that Delta's flights to AMS, ATH, CUN, EDI, LIS, LHR, MBJ, CDG, PLS, PUJ, FCO and TLV check in and depart from Terminal E
