Dear Peter, how beautiful! I am a mindfulness trainer and this is one of the most beautiful expressions I’ve experienced. May I just share my own experience that I found the breath speed a little too fast for me. Thank you so much for your gift and beautiful work to the world. Namaste❤

Hi Peter Thank you once again Constructive feedback because we all know your dedicated fan club appreciate your work and art so much The music is perfect I don’t believe anyone could breathe this fast though unless panting When you say ten more I could only do 2 deep breaths in that time frame allowed I’d suggest that you listen to and follow your own piece and see if you struggle with the pace as well?
@PeterKaterMusic4 ай бұрын
Dear Ken, thanks for your feedback. Yes, the breathing pace for this Intermediate practice is faster paced. The prompts are designed to push the practitioner past their comfort zone into faster paced breathing. I'm curious, are you able to do the 2 min and 2.5 minute breath holds? The Beginners version is considerably slower paced than this Intermediate version, but the breath holds are also shorter. I always encourage people to find their own rhythm. But to achieve the longer breath holds you definitely need to push yourself while breathing. Wishing you all the best - Peter

This was one of my moms favorite Peter Kater songs. She had a lot of favorites, but I remember listening to them all over and over when we were kids because she played them non-stop in the car. Later her involvement in the arts allowed her to actually host Peter in RI for a performance and we were able to meet him before the concert. I don't remember a lot from that time but it was cool to meet him and he was so talented. I have never seen anyone so connected to music and such a talent on the piano.

This was the most effective, deep, and inspiring breathwork experience I’ve had yet! I’m super charged to make this my daily routine, my mind is already clearer, energy more consistent, AND yes… it’s possibly the best music for breathwork I’ve found. Yay Peter! It’s clearly transformed your life and energy… I can sense the change since Maui in 2018! Congratulations and Mahalo plenty for sharing your gentle spirit and music and journey with us. It’s working!! 🪔💫💞✨💖 ✨💞💫🪔

These are so so good Peter. So grateful to have caught the notice about your Instagram live and to discover your new breathwork masterpieces! Best experiences I’ve had with breathwork yet. Held, but more, relaxed into… two minutes of stillness with no breath… after the 3 rounds in 15 minute practice, then only took 5 breaths for the last 3 minutes!! This was a HUGE leap in deepening and growth in trusting and leaning into the edge, and your voice and music of course, were the perfect balm. I’m hooked. It’s now a daily practice. 🙏🏽Mahalo brother ✨💖✨ Divine timing, of course, as well. As it’s homework for me in the energy healers academy I’m in. 💫✨⚡️☀️⚡️✨💫

This is so professional and beautiful. I always wanted to learn an instrument when I was a kid. If someone had some kind of instrument I always asked if I could touch it and play it. I learned keyboards on my own when I was 12. I owed and played Bass guitar when I was 16 and 6 string guitar when I was 17. Both acoustic and electric and the tricks! I would give so much to play with Tina Guo!
