Ehhh i think theyve kinda overused Godzilla at this point. Taken away a lot of the grandeur. Like the Brian Cranson Godzilla, you see the Mutos, you get that amazing scene in the airport. Wholesale destruction. Destorying the plans, screaming crowds and as it pans across all the carnage. The foot comes down, and the entire crowd is just, shocked into silence. Like even in thier heightened panic. They just cant compute what they're seeing. Thats how you introduce Godzilla. He's not an animal, or a mere monster. Hes supposed to be a walking natural Disaster. Hes supposed to be Pompeii, if Pompeii could hold a grudge.

Just watched the 2014 movie and KotM. They really expect us to forget how Godzilla went out of his way to NOT harm humans? What is all this angry baby shit. These weren’t Godzilla movies they were Kong movies using Godzilla’s name to sell tickets. Fuck that monkey he was supposed to die atop a skyscraper. We need a Godzilla and Destroyah movie

One problem I have with this movie, is the fight with Tiamat, they really dropped the ball on what could've been an epic fight, they made Tiamat out to be a push over and she's not, she could've put up way more of a fight; but for the purposes of time and the story I get it. I liked how even Big G. respects Mothra enough to come to a dead stop in a fight he really wants to happen, Godzilla was tired of Kong's sh*t when he was at the pyramids, yeah Kong saved the Big G's ass in G x K, I could see how that would bruise Godzilla's ego as Ruler of the Monsters. Godzilla is very strategically intelligent, and in G x K he'd spent a lot of his energy plowing a hole into the ground, fighting Kong, and so on. Big G. was tired and spent by the time he got to Mecha G, my point being Godzilla would've known that and seen why he needed Kong's back up at the end of the day but the idea he needed Kong in the first place at all may have stung enough that seeing Kong at the pyramids, after roaring an Alpha call at that was just too much. That shows how much respect Godzilla has for Mothra in that the Big G. let such a thing slide. Lastly, Godzilla could have easily solo'd scar king, if he didn't have Shimo, WITH Shimo I still think Godzilla could solo Scar King but it'd be a hell of a match; in my opinion. Shimo could freeze Godzilla BUT the power inside the Big G. should be able to keep him relatively safe from Shimo's ice blast. But that's a talk for another day :D
