I was coming home one day and this little 2 month old kitten walked up to me. I was told he had avoided everyone else. I was going to feed him, so I walked to my Apartment and he followed me. When I went inside, he followed me in, hopped in my recliner and went to sleep. He is an indoor outdoor cat. Everyone in the complex loves him. A few people have dogs and he gets along so well with all of them. But he is very picky about who he lets touch him.

My home is SUCH A beacon FOR CATS!!!! SO MUCH SO THEIR OWNERS GET MAD!!! WE CANT HELP IT!! We love them, have fresh water always, large massive deck, pond, n our three indoor cats. Once they hang out we provide them with just simple comforts: rattan chair with clean blankets or a sheet to lay on...would you?

We have a spiritual connection to all life in our universe, and we tend to reconnect with life forms from our past. My cat I had was my horse thousands of years ago. We may have been connected in between then and now, but that just happened to be the life he restimulated in me when he was around. I lost him about 17 years ago, and there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of him.😢

Talking about my 3 cats 😢iam mourning them so much I left them in middle east ,it was pandimic year 2021 ,everything is clear passport ,online BAI ,2 days my departure I Brought them in airport for clearance and others thing like tickets I was so shocked the tickets of them is 1000 Bahrain dinar my money is not enough because I paid the others requirements😢the whole night I was crying and crying ,what I do Ipost them in cats page and someone called me to take them all ,as fur mother I need to that person if he is cat lovers and soon ,luckily he is the one I'm look for ,my cats have microchips and vaccinated ,airline cage ,iam so happy but until now iam thinking of them it seems like I lost my own kids still thinking of them😢😢

My mother's cat came to live with me when she went to assisted living. Five years later when mom got cancer she came to live with me too. Her cat was so excited to see her he never stopped purring and following her around. Six months later when she died he took over her room and her spot on the sofa. He went through a period of mourning too.

My cat has this weird rubber chicken toy that lays an egg. She loves it and plays fetch with it, I actually have video’s posted on my channel. When I tell her to go find “chicken” she always finds it and brings it to me.

When I worked third shift, one of the best things was coming home to Lando and Willow waiting for me by the door, then the mad dash they’d make towards the kitchen. Cause they knew dad was gonna give them breakfast. Sadly Willow passed on Dec.18th of last year, but I still love her soooo much! 😊

Years ago I stayed at a friend’s house for a few months. During that time, she went on a month’s vacation, and I took care of her two feral cats who were terrified of almost everyone. About six years later I paid her a visit after I had moved away. We were talking in her kitchen when her two cats came running to get me. They remembered me by the sound of my voice and also remembered that I used to give them treats. 😻😻

This makes me sad, because my mom and I lived together for a while and she has a tuxedo cat named: Freya. My mom is a narcissist and tried to attack me, so I immediately moved out. I went "no contact" with my mother and I haven't seen Freya in over 5 months. I miss her every day and, now, I know that she hasn't forgotten me and probably misses me too. 😢

My cat hates me-when I come home-she's never greats me-she thinks I'm stupid-she's waaay above me-her level of pride levels Satan. Yeah-het name is Daisy-I don't think she knows her name. We can't stand each other-but yet-we cuddle every night-not much-because we hate each other-dog people would never understand.

I have adopted around 14 homeless cats, living in my house and in my yard. I have given all of them a "True Name" so that there is an imprint upon the universe. So many creatures pass in and out of this world, barely remarked, and I am determined that that will not happen to any them. After I leave my body, I will be able to call their names and have a link to the little soul that I loved.

I've been dealing with my worst case of Sciatica. It's not my forst rodeo with it, but it is my worst time with it. It's been painful enough to make me cry when getting back into bed during the night if I need to use the bathroom. Molly, my cat, runs to the rescue to try and comfort me when she hears me cry from the pain.

When I was 18, I became an exchange student for a year with a family in the US. They had a Siamese cat I became very friendly with. When I left at the end of that year, we stayed in contact, and my foster Mom would write that the cat spent weeks on my bed in my former bedroom, kind of waiting for me. About 5 years later, I went back to visit. The cat jumped on my lap immediately and spent the few nights I stayed there sleeping on my bed. So, after 5 years, she still hadn't forgotten me. And I wasn't even the one feeding her when I was with my foster family. I just had that special bond with her.

I know that cats remember their owner's voices, because once I went away on holidays and left my cat in a cattery so he would be safe. I went to pick him up once I had returned home, and as soon as he heard my voice at the front counter, he knew who I was and what that meant. Because I heard him meowing very loudly and insistently from the back of the shop. I knew what he was saying even though I don't speak cat: "I'm here! Come get me and take me home!"

My cat Penelope attacked one of the EMTs that were hauling me out on a stretcher. I'll never forget seeing his face from the stretcher as he did a double take and shouted, "OH WTF IS THAT?!" as this black fur missile ran across the couch to go for his face, lol. My girlfriend intercepted her, but man I love that cat, lol.

I was just reading a comment that someone made replying to an interesting fact a KZbin channel posted. The KZbin channel creator commented with "Neat." and then the whole comment section of that comment blew up with people trying to figure out if this creator meant it as sarcasm, just 'cool story bro', or genuinely found the fact neat. All because this person ended the comment with a period. Personally, I choose to type something how I would say it in person (as best I can), so if I find something funny or a story hilarious or would be smiling and laughing as I told someone, I'll end it with 'lol' just to add emotion to it. 🙂

A stray adopted us. In about 6 months she learned to "stay" when told and not follow us IF we were dressed to head out. As opposed to how we dressed to just hang at home or work in the yard. 😊
