Unreal, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

When the "dancers" were delivered to Presentation approx a week before they launched, we all watched them and asked "What do we use if the Queen Mum dies?" "Don't worry about that..." we were told "...an obit version will be delivered in a few weeks." The Queen Mum died on the Saturday - the day they launched. To say there was panic in Pres is an understatement. Initially, a still of Ballet was used (so there was no music) At some point we started playing the Ballet ident (along with its haunting music) and Ballet thereafter was nicknamed "the Death symbol." Thankfully, Peter Sissons wore a dark purple tie instead of a black one and that's all the newspapers cared about! Nobody knew BBC Presentation had been caught with its pants down the day the Queen Mum died!

I actually remember watching this on Tuesday 14th June, 1994, either before or after Quantum Leap. The piece on Hawkstone Park in Shrewsbury remained in my memory.

Just looking at the BBC Genome entry and the last ever Quantum Leap was billed to go out before this bit of continuity... but the following week's RadioTimes (in the Genome website) also has the last episode of Quantum Leap 'postponed from 14 June', so I'm not sure what happened...?

@625tvroom I was living in Scotland so I first wondered whether the scheduling might have been different. Upon checking myself, this doesn't seem to apply. I was obsessed with Quantum Leap back then as a 17 year old, so hearing One Foot in the Past must have triggered a memory. Not the kind of thing I'd normally watch at that age, but I never forgot the segment on Hawkstone Park and forever associated it with that programme because it looked strangely familiar to me although never in my life had I visited Shrewsbury. I never forgot that.

I so loved caught on camera, the music especially. Tv ark had the intro and I think a full episode but they’ve not put it back up for nearly two years now. Really want to hear that full intro music again!!!!!!
