I wanted to love the expansion but Solo play is completely broken. Anyone reading this DO NOT BUY if you intend on playing mostly solo play. On normal mode I have 100% loss rate and am getting steam rolled.

Does Spartacus : a- literally take the text from someone’s card, including any reference to that characters name, literally, or b: take the text as ability, but replace the name with Spartacus? A- means that Spartacus cannot effectively use many character abilities text if taken literally. , B means he can use anyone abilities as if they are his own.

Love this game. Could you please confirm Tetraites ability please, whether the gladiators you bring in using the ability go to your discard pile or the supply discard. Thanks

Good luck with everything Alex. I like your ambition, your passion. and your vision. Nevertheless, May you kindly share how does this deck building is different than any other deck building? What does it bring to the table that no other deck-building already does? And.. I'm a bit hesitate but I'll ask it anyway... "Deck building" as a mechanic aside - What does your game bring to the table that no other game does? I also love the gladiators theme a lot so for me this game is already unique.. BUT.. theme alone it is not enough for me deciding to invest my time in a board game.

Does the fortitude tactic only apply for one arena as I think or could it apply to both?

this game could do with a way to track Bloodlust as gladiators enter the arenas (eg a dial that can sit near the boast deck). Having to recount the BL level over and over is unneccesary admin overhead

Brilliant solo. Tried it last night for a bit and really mimics a second player fantastic. The only thing that I would say is having a larger player aid for all the symbols with some text to just make it a quick and smooth playthrough for me. I never played For Glory so many times I stalled on the solo aid which comes in the box. Alex, is there a printable version of the solo aid sheet where I might be able to add some reminder text

Thanks for the playthrough. I just recieved the game so after reading the rulebook the playthrough helps understanding the flow of the game. I find the background music disturbing. Please don't use background music or - noise.

Unfortunately it is very very difficult to see/read the cards. It’s blurry even on 1080p and there is massive glare
