Wow, 1:10 in, Fung Huang Da Sha - Phoenix Mansion, I used to live there 16A for two years, 7B for a year and 15A for another year back in 1999-2004, you could buy an apartment for $50K USD! It had a nice pool and was a nice handy place for Wai Gao Qiao and downtown Pudong. Nice video, brings back some happy memories thanks! Some nice quiet walks around that area until they built Carreffoure and filled the streets with crap expensive bars. Biyun Lu used to be so quiet back then. Times Grocery used to be a seafood restaurant, Then they built that complex next to Phoenix and filled it full of FAT AMERICANS, charging 3 times the local rent and then it just turned into shit! Good to see they walk the dogs these days rather than eat them!

I go back and Forward to Jinqao at least 4 times a year for over 4 years now. Jinqao is a amazing place to live with great facilities that can provide a high quality of living life. I was very shocked about your negative load towards Jinqao in my opinion all your complaining doesn’t say anything about how great Jinqao has been developed. Sad about your last racist line. Im glad bums like you don’t live here in my area anymore you cannot afford it anyway if based on what you just typed😂😂😂. #ChinaStrong🇨🇳
