What product are you using to color the joints in the stamp? Antique just mixed thicker?
@IntricateConcrete6 күн бұрын
We antique and let that dry, then we use powder release just brushed into the joints light as possible, blow it off with a leaf blower so most of it's gone, then seal. Sealer makes it pop.

Thank you!!! The life of the diamonds really depends on the concrete and what look we're going for. Usually 8-10,000sq. ft.

Hey Jason Thanks for the awesome video. That must be a new product (cool deck). Applying it with a hopper sure is a lot easier than splashing it with a brush. But it was never smoothed down, leaving like a knocked down surface on a textured wall, is that the way this new product supposed to be done? Thanks again, Jason

Similar to cool deck but no trowel finish on this, just the texture left.

Hey Jason Great video, I really enjoyed it! The hard thing is to get the guys to put things back where they belong. I remember doing cool deck back in the mid80s, not used that often anymore. “Tina wear something over your eyes when grinding.” I like the way you keep your guys working in different areas, you have a good crew. That’s something that’s hard to find. Man, Wednesday was a cluster. You’ll be glad you ground down that garage. Can’t wait to see you spray that pool deck and work on that commercial job. Thanks for keeping us posted on everything you do. 👍
