Tilt backwards you pelvis a little, like if you wanted to align your belly button to the middle of your legs that will engage the glutes allowing max strength on that movement. I do climbing, I hope the tip helps you.

Bro i too don't have a bar or slab to perform pull ups in my house! I too try to do like you! While performing this my chest, belly, knees, thighs and toes rub with wall! I couldn't pull my self up with this friction! Will I get used to it? ❤

@@Parvezprabhu it depends on the wall but ideally it’s kinda slick so that you can slide up/down while pushing through your feet/socks. if the wall is too grippy, you can sort of flutter kick and walk your feet up/down while you pull.

@@Parvezprabhu no, just lightly flutter kick your feet on the way up and down so that they don't get stuck or torn up by the surface friction. the feet aren't doing the hard work, just giving you more space to work with.

Guy in the reds movement is cleanest. Sometimes the cleaner runners end up slower though.
