Gladys the Narrowboat
My name's Jeff. The channel is about my narrowboat Gladys, my Brompton folding-bike, and videos I make of interesting places - mostly, but not all, somewhere on a canal. New videos every Saturday at 06:00!
I'm buying a narrowboat - a 40 foot 'Aintree Beetle', being built by Aintree Boats in Liverpool. I visited them recently in August 2024 - check out the video of the visit to see how she looks. I ordered her in September 2022, but there have been delays with her completion... I've named her Gladys and once afloat I'll explore the UK's canals, making videos as I go.
I hope she'll finally be completed this autumn.🤞
