Ecuagenera just got their last $40 from me! I ordered a Philodendron Colombia. It took almost 5 weeks for them to even ship it. Then when I got it I had to cut off 3 leaves because they were yellow and dead. There are too many other company's doing it to accept sub par customer service!

I bought rare plants with them several times, some of my plants were more damaged and others are healthy. And now I don't think I will order again because when you contacted them, you sent the photos and video to prove that you received a dead plants and asked them. to replace it. They wouldn’t do it. They only give you a 20% discount for your next purchase. 😫🤬🤦‍♀️ they are really rude and not a good customer service… I learned my lesson and no more spend thousand of dollars with these people not worth it…. Hope your stay alive 🫶🏼😘 oh btw be careful some plants might arrive with spider mites/: 😢
