Should this be mounted in a way that orients a single rubber isolator in the 6 o'clock position, or in an upside down Y with isolators about the 4 and 7 o'clock positions? It seems to tilt to one side of the housing with a single support centered on the bottom, significantly muting the sound and sustain.

@ 1:28 it shows the preschool playground which is FULLY FENCED with one gate for those who have children that require a fence to keep them safe. We had a little one that wandered and we sat by the gate and were able to have a fun time.
