We then offer them to be introduced to Propseller's Partner Agents: independent contractors affiliated with another agency and that we have identified as sharing some of the Propseller focus on client satisfaction. Propseller has been an agent review platform since 2018. It is a part of our mission to improve Singapore's property agent service through more (much needed) transparency. People coming to Propseller are typically not coming from the agents' profile pages. If the agent is not registered with us, the pages are not visible on Google. Agent profile data come under Singapore's Open Data Licence (data.gov.sg/open-data-licence), meaning they are public and can be used by anyone. CEA has also published a guide to encourage meaningful Agents' reviews. We do understand some agents may not be willing to have a public profile. That is the reason why we are giving any agent the option to request their profile to be taken down by emailing us at: [email protected].
